What are the requirements to rent a car?To rent a car with Idrive, the requirements are as follows: You must be over 25 years old. Can I rent a specific vehicle model?Unfortunately, we do not guarantee vehicle reservations by specific make, model, color or configuration. We work with vehicle categories and these categories are made up of several models, with a very similar configuration. The holder of the reservation may choose one of the cars available at the rental company on the day of signing the contract, as long as they belong to the reserved category.

What happens if I am late or early in returning the vehicle?If the return of the vehicle does not occur within the stipulated time, the hours of excess use will be counted. These hours will be charged at the time of closing the rental contract. the hours will be charged fractionally and proportionally while the accessories will be charged in full. We have a tolerance of 2 hours to return the rented vehicle, which will be agreed and stipulated in the lease. If the vehicle is not returned at the stipulated time and day, a charge of 15 dollars per hour will be applied. If the 3 hours are exceeded, the charge of a full day will be applied, according to the stipulated daily rate. Contact us if you are going to have to use the rented vehicle for longer than that stipulated in the rental contract. If you are going to return the vehicle before what is stipulated in the contract, the value of the daily rates can be recalculated so that you are charged only for the period that you are going to use the vehicle (ex: in a weekly rate, biweekly or monthly it may happen that the value per day is much higher if you are not going to use the full period). The return of the car before the scheduled time in the contract does not imply a new calculation of the daily rate (The price of the additional charge to extend will depend on the situation)

What to do if my flight is late or early?When making the reservation in idrive you will be able to inform your flight number. How does the fuel usage policy work?Gasoline is NOT included in the total price. With the same level of gasoline that is received, the rented vehicle must be delivered upon return, in accordance with what will be stipulated in the lease. There are no refunds for excess gasoline. If there is any lack of gasoline, it will be charged using the value established at the time of rental. Very close to our office you can refuel according to your travel plan. You can opt for a service package that includes "Full Tank", it will not be necessary to return the supplied vehicle. Can I circulate or return the vehicle in another city?We are a local business in Cancun and we require delivery to be at our location, from there we will take you to the airport.
